I'm glad I took the long way around and avoided the guy. The story definitely reflected the feeling of customer service, and how you feel about the people you wait on. I would like a bit more to sink my teeth into, but overall it was a fun game.

During a shift at starbucks, I have a weird interaction with a strange regular. I managed to end my shift without incident the first time and then saw him with a weapon the second time and entered a legal battle. I didn't have any technical issues but I would have liked more options and branches to explore as there were a lot of long segments of text that seemed to choose my fate for me.

I work at Starbucks and have a creepy encounter with a customer who turns out to be a stalker.  I question him in a couple of different ways and end up calling my friend to drive me home.

I played through twice. Once I ended up calling my friend for a ride and in the other case I see the man waiting with a knife in the alley on my way home.

I didn't experience anything which seriously hindered the experience but there were long passages without much choice. I think the path in which I choose not to ask about the espresso had more decisions, but I think there are a lot of opportunities to add choices or create breaks in the pause which allow the disturbing parts of the story to soak in and have more impact. It currently reads a bit like a summary.

I liked the overall writing style and thought it helped give the character a personality and specific point of view.

This was very unsettling and I really liked it. I'm a Starbucks worker during Christian Girl Autumn but a creepy regular is making creepy comments. I got the ending where I called my guy friend for scary dog privileges. The only thing that seemed semi-unclear to me was the ending and the fact that it came to an end, however, that might just be the ending that I got. I really enjoyed the internal monologue that my character was having and I genuinely didn't realize that the regular was stalking me till the very end which was spooky.

When playing at first I didn't think most about it since it was going about the Christian girl autumn. But then came the dude who is said to be insane so I decided to mainly ignore him and go my very way, until it was the alley way. That is a big no-no I seen what happens in the movies. So for my first ending I got him and he is a lawyer so it'll be harder to get a restraining order.  But ten shots of espresso that's a lot.

Very strange guy, but the offset with the player's comedic internal narration is a fun contrast! My first ending was making it home safe, which was a very simple combination of choices, so I also enjoyed reaching the other endings. I think some of the dialogue gets a little long though, maybe you could break it up by adding a forced choice where there's only one option for the player to speak?

the expresso mf ... i took him to court and we are battling. i enjoy the premise of the game, the writing is unique and it makes me want to go back and see what worse things can happen

This was interesting! I did the route where you question him and nothing happens/you remain safe, but was curious to see what would happen if you didn't say anything to him. The second playthrough, I got the ending where he chases you down the alley (and presumably kills you?). Very creepy!! Although "It's hi. Ten shots of expresso mf." was funny to me. Overall, really liked it :)!!

Reminds me of the game the closing shift by chillasart. The choices all feel realistic to what someone would do in that scenario, and its scarier because its a real-life scary situation. I think if anything maybe some more choices for after you get off work would be interesting, stuff to build that sense of dread. But overall I really like this a lot!

ooh very mysterious :) i liked the options and also that level of espresso would kill me i think

I was kinda freaked out from this bc mr. 10 shots of espresso was legit creepy, but I played through enough to get (what I believe to be) all the endings. I like that most of the time you get out with your life. I kinda wish there were more chances for me to make choices, but the choices I can make feel impactful.

Play as a starbs worker who has a creepy customers who is very creepy. As a starbucks barista 10/10 relatable lol. Choices feel like yes or no options but very impactful
